ORANGE COUNTY / JANUARY 11, 2021 – As Los Angeles hospitals continue to get hammered by the coronavirus pandemic, mobile field hospitals have been deployed outside many facilities to serve as emergency rooms, triage centers, and even ICU overflow departments. Over the last week, COVID-19 related deaths have averaged more than 200 per day among Los Angeles residents with the impact from holiday travels yet to be seen.

EUGENE / JANUARY 17, 2021 – Eugene-based company Deployed Logix (DLX) partnered with U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) to provide COVID-19 assistance and humanitarian aid by delivering shelters and desperately needed medical supplies to 11 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. SOUTHCOM, a division of the U.S. Department of Defense, is hard at work to aid U.S. Embassies across the Southern Americas with donated pandemic relief funded through their Humanitarian Aid Program (HAP).
