FEMA USAR EQUIPMENT CACHE LIST
Urban Search and Rescue Alliance members have provided a reference cache list that is available as a recommended cache to develop the USAR Resource’s capabilities.
This reference cache list was developed and vetted through a public comment and adjudication period by the USAR organization and final vote by the USAR Board of Directors. The foundational framework of this cache list was provided by the FEMA USAR Branch for the Type I team cache.
This list of tools is vetted by a working group from Federal Search and Rescue. This list is provided to FEMA USAR teams to aid in the purchase of common, quality tools that all teams can have a level of familiarity with during joint deployments.
