Born from user feedback and engineered for the field
The DLX TRAC isn’t just a replacement, it’s an evolution. By consulting with industry experts and real-world operators, our R&D department developed a system that integrates seamlessly with the existing DLX ecosystem while improving the durability and portability.

Rapid Deployment and Modular Design
The system is engineered for crisis management, utilizing an articulating frame that facilitates rapid, tool-free deployment when every second counts. Its innovative hook-and-loop “tongue” system allows multiple sections to be linked together, enabling teams to customize the conveyor to any required length. This modularity ensures that the system can adapt to various field hospital layouts or decontamination lines without needing specialized hardware for assembly.
Why It’s a Game Changer
The DLX TRAC was designed with the same “mission-first” philosophy as our ASAP® shelters. Here is what makes it stand out:
- Modular Versatility: Sold in 5-foot sections that can be joined back-to-back, allowing teams to customize the length of their transport line to fit any decon footprint.
- DLX DNA: Built using components common to other DLX products, ensuring a familiar feel and a reliable supply chain for replacement parts.
- Built for the Load: Rated to smoothly transport non-ambulatory patients or any heavy equipment that fits on the rollers.
- Rapid Deployment & Storage: True to our roots, the system packs down into a compact unit for easy transport and fits perfectly within our BestCases® for long-term storage.
- Easy Maintenance: The surfaces are designed for rapid cleaning/decon, and the modular build means individual parts can be replaced without retiring the entire unit.

Superior Load Capacity and Integration
With a robust roller weight capacity of 400 lb (181.44 kg), this system offers significantly greater durability than standard lightweight alternatives. It is specifically designed to work seamlessly with ASAP and X-Series shelters. Additionally, it integrates with a slotted transfer board and guide system that allows for the easy flow-through of contaminated water, ensuring patient stability and safety throughout the entire decontamination process.
