The BALDR Inline Decon Doser is a mobile, precision chemical injection system designed for seamless integration with BALDR decontamination lines.

Featuring a tool-free, single-person setup in under 15 minutes, it delivers automated mixing of neutral or alkaline solutions at ratios from 1:200 to 1:20. Compact and durable, it supports a maximum flow rate of 14 GPM (52.9 L/min) to ensure efficient, standardized technical decontamination.

This system ensures efficient and safe decontamination for all patient types in any high-pressure field scenario.

The BALDR Inline Decon Doser optimizes critical resources by automating chemical injection into the water stream, removing the need for manual mixing. It offers an adjustable injection ratio ranging from 1:200 to 1:20 (0.5% – 5%), ensuring the decontamination solution maintains the exact concentration required for operational protocols. Equipped with a self-cleaning 90-micron filter and water hammer protection via pre and post-doser check valves, this unit guarantees continuous operation even with high-particle water content.

Modular Design and Rapid Response Deployment

Following the “Rinse the Risk Away” philosophy, this doser emphasizes portability and ease of use, allowing a single operator to complete the setup without tools. The system is fully compatible with our Technical Decon, BALDR Decon, ASAP® 2-Lane Decon, and X-16 3-Lane Decon. Weighing only 24 lbs (10.9 kg) for the doser unit and manifold , it operates within a pressure range of 4.3 to 85 psi. This modularity makes it an essential component of the DLX decontamination ecosystem for high-mobility response teams.
