He has also served as Director of one of the largest EMS Agencies in the Army. His extensive involvement with various emergency disaster response agencies at both state and federal levels, coupled with his profound expertise in emergency response, provides invaluable real-world knowledge to his current role. As a Paramedic and Logistics Manager for a federal disaster medical team (DMAT), he has responded to numerous natural disasters, establishing him as a trusted resource in emergency response solutions.

Jean-Louis has demonstrated his capabilities through both theory and practice, accumulating a wealth of hands-on experience from his diverse background in medicine, military service, federal service, and logistics.
